Know What Was Ordered, Delivered and Received
Receiving in TraxxPro is done against the original purchase order. The receiver confirms quantities line by line, notes anything short, damaged or substituted, and stock updates automatically.
Receive against the purchase order
A guided receiving flow shows what was ordered, what has already arrived and what is still outstanding. Partial deliveries are normal — the order stays open until everything is in.

Exceptions that surface, not disappear
If a delivery is short, over, damaged or wrong, it is recorded as a receiving exception and raised to the people who need to act. Once it is resolved, it clears.

Every receipt is timestamped and attributed, with documents and photos attached to the order, so a dispute with a supplier can be settled with evidence rather than memory.
